Foster Algier is the President of First Alliance

Investors Group CFRI. Foster dedicates his time to real estate
investing and financial lending. His eight years of experience
in wholesale sales and property acquisition has been recognized
in the many awards he has received from the CFRI.

Foster has a wealth of experience in dealing with short sales, foreclosure sales, "subject to" deed sales, owner financing, lease options, hard money lending, and financing heavily discounted properties as well as acquiring insurance for these properties. He also works with several other wholesalers to get his clients the best pricing on the houses they are buying. Foster is well rounded in the investment world as he has also renovated and leased many homes throughout the years.
In his free time, Foster is actively involved in his community donating time and money to local charity organizations. He is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of South Orlando, an international charitable organization that benefits children and their communities. He is also on the Scout Committee of his local Boy Scout Troop, and supports the local High School that his sons attend through Partners in Education. Being a member of the “Grand Club”, he annually gives to the YMCA.
